Rick Russum received his land surveying license in the year 2003 while employed by Franklin County Public Works Department. Prior to licensure Rick was employed by Worley Surveying Services, Rogers Surveying Services and Franklin County Public Works as a Party Chief. He was responsible for leading a survey crew in construction staking, staking for property boundaries, Topographic surveys and as-built surveys under a licensed surveyor. After receiving his license he was employed by Franklin County Public works as the Public Works Surveyor, D.R. Strong Engineers of Bellevue, Washington than back with Worley Surveying Services as President.
